Saying ‘Yes’ to the Universe

Marcus Aurelius says ‘The Universe is Change. Our life is what our thoughts make it.’

Maybe you’ve heard the expression your life is a book that you are writing. Or a film that you are directing. Maybe you’ve embraced the radical notion that you can be in charge of your own happiness.

It’s not a new idea, but it’s a bold idea. Owning your perspective is certainly something we’re all capable of. But how?

What if you woke up every morning and put on your crown? If you carried yourself as nobility? If you just signed off on the fact that you are destined for great things? What would the results be?

Can we start there? And in this action, recognize other people’s nobility as well? This last part is key, the rising of tides that can lift us all.

Exercise: Let’s wake up tomorrow morning and remind ourselves of who we are, made of stars. Put on your crown and start the day.

See you there.
